What is Sproutly Gardening?
Sproutly Gardening is a digital garden diary for fruit and vegetable growers. You can keep track of your plants, organise gardening tasks like watering, feeding, pruning and harvesting, and see what's coming up in one simple dashboard.
How does the free plan work?
The free plan is designed for casual growers who want to try Sproutly Gardening or only have a small number of plants. You can track up to 3 plants and 3 active tasks. If your garden grows beyond that, you can upgrade to Pro to remove these limits.
What do I get with Pro?
Pro is for gardeners who want more space and less manual juggling. You get unlimited plants and unlimited tasks, recurring tasks for jobs that repeat (like watering and feeding), and a clearer view of what's overdue and coming up. Pro users also get priority on feature requests and support.
How much does Pro cost?
Pro currently costs £5/month. You can upgrade securely from inside the app, and your subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
How do I upgrade to Pro?
If you already have an account, go to your Account page and choose Upgrade, or visit the Upgrade page from inside the app. If you're new to Sproutly Gardening, you'll need to create an account first.
How do I cancel or downgrade?
You can manage your subscription any time from your Account page. If you cancel, your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period, and then your plan will switch back to the free tier.
Will I lose my plants and tasks if I cancel Pro?
No. Your data stays in Sproutly Gardening. When your account returns to the free plan, you'll keep access to your garden within the free plan limits, and you won't be able to create new items beyond those limits. Recurring and other Pro-only features will no longer be available unless you upgrade again.
Do you support recurring tasks and reminders?
Yes. With Pro you can create recurring tasks for jobs like watering, feeding, and seasonal checks. Sproutly Gardening keeps track of when things are due so your garden dashboard always shows what needs attention next.
Can I use Sproutly Gardening on my phone or tablet?
Sproutly Gardening runs in your web browser and is designed to work on modern phones, tablets, and laptops. Just visit sproutlygardening.com in your preferred browser and log in.
How do I get help or request a new feature?
If you're logged in, go to Account → Support to contact support or suggest a feature.
